Build me a computer for 4000 pound, not a penny more or less

For that kind of money I would be looking at ringing OcUK and speaking to one of their guys.

My advice still stands. OcUK will be able to offer you the best advice on what they can offer you at your price point.

Spend £2k now and £2k in a year.

The difference between that and a £4k machine when overlocked will be in a matter of % which YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO NOTICE.

Stupid money to spend on a machine.

Only way i'd spend £4k is on a fully kitted out Mac Pro 2.66Ghz Octo!

Its a little over budget but who needs FPS when you can have 3D i say!

hmmmmm 4k is easily done if he doesn't have any peripherals etc already. 30 inch monitor i hear you say, well that's 1k gone. See where i'm going with this?

there is an example of a build but you gave little info if you wanted a triple screen setup if you needed monitor ect so there is a build but you could save 800 pound by getting 2 x Intel X25-M Mainstream 80GB 2.5"

Or you could get this set up.... pretty pointless tho as the new GFX cards are due out anytime soon and Rampage 3 is coming out!

very true but he didn't give much info on what he was looking for so i just did a copy of my 1,800 pound build (buying today) and upgraded Cpu, 2 x 5870, monitor ect
