Build problem

A more thorough explanation would help us diagnose the problem. What spec is it for a start? Any display on the monitor?

Also, can we confirm that you installed the motherboard on stand-off (not directly onto the metal case side) and you have plugged in both the 24 pin and 4/8pin power connections on the motherboard?

Aslo, have you connected all of the required PCI power connections to your graphics cards?

Should be six usualy if its a standerd ATX.

When you say boots for 5 secs do you see Bios/post or anything or do the fans just spin up??

Should be "NINE" in atx doh

9 is the usual number of mounting holes on a standard ATX board. If youve only screwed a few down, insert the rest to make sure the board isnt touching the case.

i think the OP would get better advice if took a l'il bit of time and gave a more in depth explanation :p

also, post up your specs buddy and i'm sure someone will have you up and running in no time
