Build quick, small computer (£350)

Looking into building a new computer for my cousin, his current [email protected] doesn't really cut it. He has a budget of about £350 excluding a graphics card, he's having my old nVidia 7900gs
He needs everything, I was thinking maybe the AM2 bundle on OCUK?

Any thoughts?

He needs an operating system...

So thats £350 for it. I was thinking a mini case would be good, he doesnt have much room and he will only have 1, maybe 2 HDDS and 1 DVD drive so...

That sounds good, but i think im going to do some kind of combination of mine and his PCs if i go intel. Id have the e7400 and titan cooler. He can have my e5200 and Arctic cooler. Then i should be able to get it closer to £300
