My relatives PC died after an amazing 6 years, and she knows nothing of technology so she has asked me to buy a new computer for her. I plan on building a computer as I know you can get better value for money if you build it yourself.
I don't know much about speccing computers, however I have had a go and to be honest, I'm not even sure if this build would work, but I specced it with the intent of being a web-browsing PC and nothing more. All she does is browse the web and she needs a PC that is small (Micro-ATX Size) and browses the web. My spec is way too expensive (£460) so is there anyway you could bring down the price, or maybe just overhaul my attempt at a spec and just do a complete better one?
Thanks,
~Leighton
Oh, and my go at a spec:-
YOUR BASKET
1 x AMD A8-6600K 3.90GHz (Socket FM2) APU Richland Quad Core Processor (AD660KWOHLBOX) £99.95
1 x Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM (GFC-02050) £83.99
1 x Samsung 120GB SSD 840 SATA 6Gb/s Basic - (MZ-7TD120BW) £79.99
1 x Seasonic S12II 430W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £49.99
1 x Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2 AMD A55 Chipset (Socket FM2) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £49.99
1 x Aerocool Qs-202 Midi Tower Case - Black £44.99
1 x TeamGroup Elite 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TED34GM1600HC11DC01) £29.99
1 x Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler £20.99
Total : £459.88 (includes shipping : FREE).

Also, even though it's just for web browsing, I do want it to be really fast for boot, etc, since her old PC was not the best, and you had to wait 5-10 mins for it to load come the past few months, so I want her to see the difference.
