Im wanting to build a dedicated linux router, running IPCop.

Can anyone recommend :-

A mobo that comes with an on-board vga and network card.

A cpu to accompany said mobo and that can use passive cooling (just a heatsink).

A psu that runs quiet and uses very low wattage.

A slimline case to accommodate all this.

And most importantly, boots off a usb key and can use it as a hard disk.

Or if you know of something that I can lookup on ebay, thats off the shelf :)

Thanks

Look-up micro-atx, thats what I used to build my linux firewall appliance. Either 2nd hand or new. They aint cheap but they are quiet, fast enough and run cool.
