Building a PC

Hey guys, currently I have bought my CPU, RAM x2, HDD, Mobo, Case and the PSU but I am not going to be able to buy the GPU until the beginning to Mid of December. Anyway, I was just wondering whether I should/could be putting parts onto the mobo and putting parts into the case already even though I'll have to wait a month to finish the final build. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

-Corsair 4GB RAM @1333MHz (Two of these)
-FX 6300 @ 3.5GHz with 4.1GHz w/ turbo
-SeaGAte Barracuda 500 GB HDD
-AsRock N68c-GS FX
-CiT Micro atx case w/500w PSU (wasn't powerful enough for any future upgrades, friend's opinion!)
