Without commenting on the actual choice of components, you'll get plenty of that, the spec. you've listed comes to over £900.

Is your budget £700 or £900?

Remember fsx is a 32bit programme so it won't use anything more than 4GB. 16GB is a waste. Get 8GB.

NVIDIA cards are better than ATI with fsx, although there are various fixes etc. A GTX560Ti should fit nicely in budget.

There is no proven benefit of having hyperthreading. Some say there is, others disagree. I'd go for an i5 2500K, putting the savings towards a decent cooler and mobo aiming to get 4.6GHz+.

Forget the hybrid drive. Get a proper SSD and a mechanical drive. FSX texture loading is massively improved by installing it on an ssd, but depending on the number of addons, you may need a fairly large one.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking a 6gb/s is better or faster than a SATA II...it isnt, marketing gimmick. Can't go wrong with a Samsung F3.
