I had a 4x3 conservatory done recently, I had a builder mate who helped me dig/put footings and build the walls. Got the glass and doors cheap from a contact, and was fitted my local fitters. I platerboarded did electrics and floor, came in at £6700. Cheapest quote we had from a company was £11,500. Took a few weeks due to parts/availability but this could easily be done in 2 weeks.
