We own a leasehold flat, and we recently received a letter through from our 'landlord's' representatives asking that we pay a 'Building and Terrorism Insurance Premium' of about £216 for the last year. Anyone heard of this before? It's just appeared out of the blue and covers up until the 31st March 06, seems a little strange to me as it has never been mentioned before. Don't think they are taking me for a ride but always worth checking.

Would've thought it would be the building owners responsibility to pay that, not like its a contents insurance policy or anything.
