Hello,

Stuff I got:
  • 4 x GTX 1080 8GBs
  • Monitor
  • EVGA 1000 w 80+ Gold
  • 120GB SSD
  • External hard drive 2TB (I use to store the video files)
  • Mouse and Keyboard
What I need
  • Ryzen 7 3700 or Ryzen 9 (don't know if 7 would be enough for 4K video editing, I am aiming to render a 15 min 4k clip under 2 hours).
  • Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit
  • Motherboard - no idea which one supports SLI so I can use 3 or all of my GTX GPUs (one recommendation I got is ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-EXTREME)
  • ThermalTake Level 20 GT Full Tower
Budget: As less I can spend the better :)

Could someone recommend a motherboard that supports multiple GTX GPUs. And, if the above config is good and any opinions on Ryzen 7 would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

what program are you using for Editing and encoding ?

if you want 3/4 GPUs then wait for new x299 boards and CPUs or New Thread ripper CPU and boards incoming
