I would like to downsize to mATX and keep my hiper psu 750W and gtx 285
I have old Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme but I'm not sure it will fit and be compatible with 1155 socket

at the moment I have quad core 8300, ddr2 ram and asus p5q deluxe motherboard.

I would like to get fairly same performance with chance to upgrade.

Would this do? or any recommendations.

So that`s £200 for Cpu, mobo, ram and case? Or is the case separate.

What revision is the Arctic cooler?

Would this boost performance ? was looking to upgrade to ati 7870 in future as well. It's probably first version of Freezer Xtreme.
£200 that's for mob, processor, ram and case. But that's looks to be very good set up depending on mob performance.

It will be a lot better than your current system and even better when you get the new Gpu.
