I want to turn my skinny body in to a slightly less skinny frame.

However I read the sticky and that life style sounded like one of those soft in the head muscle types, I dont want to look like hulk hogan, just be a bit stronger, no 6 pack or anything.

So should i bother with all that crappy rubbish or not?
 
are you sure? That sounds like a massive life style change

eat every 3 hours? pfft.
