Here's what I got in mind.

CPU: E6600 (will overclock)
Water cooling: Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra Watercooling Kit
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g)
M/B: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
RAM: Gskill 6400 HZ
GPU: will keep the ATI 9700 pro
Sound: X-FI platinum
Case: lian V2000
PSU: Tagan TG580-U15 580W ATX2.01

Any comments on what would be better to change?
I aim for silence and power.

but the discussion ended with talk of PSUs and you were recommended one from the Seasonic FSP Tagan range.

dont see whats changed ? :)

Ok decided on PSU and updated original post. Am near pressing the order now button. I have a price of £1,000.63 but will be giving them a call soon as I ain't paying £50 for P&P. Is there anything else i should add/remove?

looks good to me, but I dont think you will get any better on the shipping costs, its the same for everyone, and thats a fair amount of gear you're buying.

unless of course you are in a position to collect it in person.

Consider that OcUK ain't that cheap in their products either. Actually I have found elsewhere the same products for cheapers prices therefore I won't be paying £50 under not circumstances. Well.....i'll buy from elsewhere certain products then, their lose.

your decision, but I find OcUK fairly competitive when all is said and done, as do the majority of people on here.

if you add all shipping costs from various suppliers I would be very suprised if you see much change from 50 notes.

no.

SATAII drives are very much better VFM, the raptor 10k drives are very good if you want a boost in HDD access time.

whereabouts do you live because £50 sounds like a lot of money for postage but then again you are ordering an awful lot of stuff. im just lucky i live near their shop :D

then personally i think £50 is fair enough to take it from staffordshire to london, or if it really annoys you you could always drive down and pick it up yourself :D
