Im thinking of starting my own Pc Repair Business, Now I came up with a great name, very catchy, So i searched on National Buisness Register for the name, and it wasent taken, all domain names are available, no limited companies or trade marks with the name.
So i thought great, then I entered the name on google and it and it came up with only one result, which was the Kyotee, a online directory, and it had address details, copntact details, and a website, I clicked the link and said this site cant be found, so i thought it was weird, then i remembered that the Buisness name site said this domain name was available, so im confused thinking it was just an old listing,
I then phoned the number on screen and it was some guy answering the phone with "hello", I asked if this was such and such and he said yes, I then hung up.
To me this seems like it was once a proper company who went out of buisness and now just doing it on the side.
Is it possible for me to take this name, as it is not registered, the domain name is available.
Also, I have one other name I love, but its taken by somebody based in England, does that mean I cant use that name?
Thanks
Chris
