buisness studies

because its utterly, utterly pointless?

It's so true. I can't actually remember anything that I learned in those 2 years that I didn't already know, or would have learned naturally.

I didn't actually need ANY of the things we'd covered in class for the exams. They were 95% citizenship work, and 5% common knowledge, with 1-2 "business studies" words thrown in. Like "standard of living."

yep, it's like "Critical Thinking" A-level. Pathetic

And general studies... I do further maths, so I don't do GS lessons but still take the exam. I'm willing to bet I get a minimum of a B in it.

If it is anything like citizenship, it should be a pretty good situation. We were taught nothing, apart from a couple of things about Rastafarianism (WHY!?), and watched a couple of sex education videos. I think everything we learned could be written down on literally 2/3 of a page of A4. Still got an A, despite not being taught about 3/4 of the syllabus.

Business studies? I took business management as a higher in my 6th year.....hated the teacher so dropped it. I was able to take accounts and finance since standard grade though.
