Bulk photo resizing. what program?

Afternoon all!

I've got a load of pictures i need to upload onto the dive club website.

The the album (coppermine) will resize pictures but i don't want to upload 200+ pics full size as it will take an age.

I found one but that just has options in %. I want one with IQ and pixel sizes.

Any ideas?

Also some settings to get good loking pics at 1024x would be great!

sudo apt-get install imagemagick
mogrify -resize XDim×YDim! *.jpg

faststone resizer is great too tiny program works very well and quick you can tailor it specifically too!

VSO image resizer is what I use but not sure what IQ is?
