Got my first e-bill from bulldog and they have charged me £30 for connection when the deal when i joined was £1 activation/connection. Done some research and seems a lot of people are having same problem.
I have emailed them a copy of my contract that states this and sais nothing about the £30 connection charge but they say they cant open it. lol, just sent them another copy in several formats.
Also I have tried ringing them up and they said someone will call me but no one has and now the only way i can deal with this is by writing a letter to complaints. how bad is that.
