Was hoping it was just the US versions that were affected.

Nope, Ive been playing for a good part of the day now, had a few frames 'skip' but no freezing, seems alright.

A few of you may already be aware, but there are apparently major issues with bugs/freezing/frame rate issues plus more - Rockstar have since made the following statement

"It appears that some older 360s are experiencing frame-rate issues, freezes and other problems. You have our word that we never experienced any of this in QA - in any of our offices or at Microsoft," he stated.

"I am horrified, and we are now working around the clock to rectify this situation. Thanks to Neo-Gaf for bringing this matter to our attention. We love our games and put a huge amount of energy and care into making them all that they can be."

Yeah every forum I'm looking at has people complaining about it. I'm gonna even remove it from my rental list til it's patched as I have an old xbox.

If there's nothing added to game play I don't think i'll buy it. As I already played and completed it on the PS2. Was a good game though, So maybe if i find it at a tiny price.

Playing the EU PAL version on a 'Falcon' core Arcade. No freezes or framerate issues in over 3hrs play.

Have been playing game today for a few hours today to, not had any freezes or problems.

On the back of the game box it states 8 new missions, 4 new classes, 4 new characters, 2 player mini games, new rewards and achievements

well I'm still tempted dispite this development.

the only time I have experienced a similar problem with a game on the 360 has been saints row which would occassionally crash for no apparent reason?

Ok, had my first couple of freezes. Most irritating as I hadn't saved. As said I'm playing on a new core 360 so there claim that it's older xbox's is rubbish. This consoles only a month old.
