I have not used the Raystorm myself so I would not comment on that.
But reviews in martinliquidlabs quite recommend Raystorm copper version for extreme users

Well, the slim fan offers not sooo much airflow and pressure. Sure, you can use it, but when you use a NB/Phobya ELoop oder Scythe Gentle Typhoon, the Temps will be better with same RPM

and overall, it´s a nice controller, because of the possible 36w per channel, you can connect tons of fans AND several pumps.

I already made a video review of the smaller 1x5,25" version, also a nice controller, but with less power and only 4 channels.

It´s in german, but you may wanna have a look - it has a blue display instead a green one like this bigger version

Yea figured as much... was hoping to use a couple of slim fans due to space available.

Will have to jiggle the layout abit more to make room for 25mm thick fans instead... Appreciate the info!
