"Burger-in-a-can" anyone?

Brilliant :D

Though it doesn't look that appetising, it's clearly aimed at people going "trekking" or something similar, not someone looking for a romantic night in! Compared to other things you can easily cook on a fire that can keep for a long time, it's not especially bad - it at least makes a bit of variety.

Indeed, it is designed for trekking and camping trips. As opposed to dried chili con carne this is supposed to be quite good apparently.

It is apparently somewhat better than a McDonald's burger in taste, but the bun does go slightly soggy above the burger.

Plus the ingredients are not bad, its a 100% beef burger AFAIK, and has less E numers and preservative as McD's food.

Hmm.. Can’t even begin to imagine how tasty that could actually be. The nutritional value of such an excellent ‘tinned’ product would be worth the asking price alone.

Why? Was this once something provided to army? Ranks up there with SPAM, Something Passed off As Meat..!!

Hmm.... Actually, can see the need if you're camping, so ok, I get it. Still wouldn't want to eat it. Just looks nasty..

Well for a burger in a can, I'd say that looks pretty impressive! I was expecting something more sloppy than that!

Thread saved from evil evil food.

And as for camp food that would be a huge no for me. It's going to be heavy - and I would think more prone to opening in a rucksack if you drop it than well packed dried foods. Not to mention it looks foul and will be heavy.

It is altogether just wrong.

Unfortunately it's so wrong I just might buy one for my best mate as a laugh.
