Just wondering what is the best program to use to do this, as I've used a few in the past and it's all gone a bit wrong. So I'm wondering, is Nero 7 still the best way to go?

Giving ConvertXtoDVD a go now, atm the file is converting, I assume it begins to burn after this?

I used to swear by WinAVI for the fact that it converts loads of things into lots of things, but I find that the videos are often a little jerky... Not bad, but enough.

Never had anythign other than a perfect 100% success rate with CXtoDVD

Vobsub works well with WinAvi but I have never had any success with ConvertXtoDVD so I tend to have both installed ;)

Personally I use DVDSanta And it works brilliantly. But its mainly a question of choice.

I just to use this untill it started burning dvd's with only 1mb pf data on it.

I now use easy avi, it converts avi to dvd and burns them to dvd in less time than it takes to watch a film.:D
