Hi I weigh 70kg and i'm happy with my weight, but I would ideally like to lose a little fat and gain a little muscle, I know I can do it if I put the time in and dont really need advice.

But I was just wondering how do i know what kind of calories im burning, what I should be burning, I think eating is preety easy just dont eat too much and i'm sure i'll be fine.

Just checking the net I found this site, just reading some of the results it has to be ********?
According to this site jogging burns less calories than walking up and down stairs, that sounds like a load of BS to me?

Anyways heres the site.

It even has a calorie burner thing.

After 2.5 miles of running I only lose around 250 calories it says, surely thats a lie considering it says on the website walking up and down stairs for 10 minutes loses 146 calories....

its all about getting your heart rate in the right zone. for a lot of people, jogging will be in the lower half of the calorie burning zone, where as steps will be further up the zone.

i walk (4.2mph on a 4 - 5% incline) for 15 mins, i burn near on 250 calories :o (fat barsteward)
