Maybe it might run crap on PC's?
Maybe it might possibly, yes.
...
Who knows though. If it does run badly, don't buy it.
...Pointless speculation for the win.

Sounds good. I guess if you enjoy the demo, it is easier to buy the game as an impulse buy at that point, because of the minimal extra effort involved.
hello negative will
If a console can run it at 1080p, a decent spec PC will have no trouble.![]()
Yup because everyone knows ports work just like that. Just look at GTA4, perfect performance that one.
I wish EA would enlist Criterion's talents to make a Need for Speed game.

EA would selotape every known form of DRM to the game, then whack an extra tenner to the price!
hear hear!!!
February eh? Perfect birthday present![]()

Im going to pre-order this one. Criterion seem to have worked hard on the PC version so that deserves my pennies![]()
From that description just looks like they've ported over the engine and just added a few extra settings for people with gtx 280's..
right.. then compare that to hideous ports, like DIRT. I've played ports that ask me to hit X or Y on my 360 pad, when I'm using the keyboard, I've played ports that don't let you change the resolution, I've played ports that don't have an 'exit' choice in the menu and require alt-f4'ing, I've played ports that don't even have graphics settings for you to change, because it's literally just an engine port.
Any extra effort at all in porting the game is more than welcome in my eyes
Can't wait to get my hands on this beauty!
