Buy iPhone 5S?

Hello better half wants an iPhone. We have always gone SIM-free before. Is this a good decision with 5S and where to buy one?

New seems to be £450+ - anywhere cheaper and reputable. Not reconditioned.

I have a Huawei Y330 - £25 as a PAYG upgrade AND £10 credit so £15!!

Android 4.2.2. Does everything I want for outright purchase cost LESS than iPhone / month!. It's the other half who wants an Apple iPhone - basically to use Facetime!!
