If you are just gaming the R5 3600 is a better choice over the R7 2700X. No reason to go with a 2000 series with a 1500 Euro budget.

No need for an expensive cooler unless you already own it. Something like an Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo is a good budget option.

An MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX is a cheaper option for the motherboard.

Not sure how good/bad the airflow is with that Corsair case. The Cooler Master H500 should be a similar price and that has excellent airflow with 2 x 200mm RGB fans at the front. You also have the Fractal Design Meshify C, but no RGB with that case.

See what prices are like for 2TB hard drives as they are usually better value than 1TB ones.

Don't go with a GTX 1070 unless you are buying it 2nd hand for a good price, or already own it. An RTX 2070/Super or RX 5700/XT is a better choice.

No need for Windows Pro. The regular home edition should be fine unless you need certain features that the home edition doesn't have.
