Buying a £20,000 car (loan)

I'd have compromised on the engine for a better spec, those lights are terrible :(

Not surprised you were disappointed with AUC cars as 22k is not a strong budget for a 335d so compromise has to come somewhere, be that in spec or condition.

You must remember how tight I am from back in the day! Old habits die hard lol

Good shout on the 0% part on the CC, it's by far the cheapest way of borrowing money if you are switched on and don't allow it to extend beyond 0% or transfer for free beforehand. All my debt is 0% and if I ever do replace my Focus then it'll be on a 0% purchase card if I don't have the savings.

Yeh they are great especially the 24-28 month ones

Sadly Xenon's were an option until the F30 facelift, at which point the M Sport got LED as standard.

BMW often pull this silly trick with the standard lighting offer - back in 2000 every single 5 Series came with decent projector angel eyes as standard yet 15 years on a 3 Series was being sold with reflector lenses :(

3 Series not had projectors since E36, at least with Projectors an eBay xexon kit will look decent enough

Not true, facelift E46 Coupe and all E92's had projectors as standard :p

haha oh yeh I meant saloons :p my e92 had xenons so forgot about that.

Just found the hidden dash camera 12v power outlet under the glove box. That is ingenious
