Buying a category D bike

My FJ was an economic write-off. They reckoned £3500 to fix. I managed it with £600.
Just check it closely and, if possible, get a copy of the examiner's report.

Thanks guys.

Two of friends came with me and checked it over for me as they know what to look for.

All was good and I got the bike for £600. I don't know if that over priced for a cat D but the bike seems in good condition.

It's perhaps a little expensive for that bike, but you *are* right in the middle of The Season...

Hope the refurb goes really well and look forward to the finished photos!!

As long as it works for a long time I will be happy and I can easily mount a gun boot on the back rack :D

Just got to sell the gsx now when I have put all the fairings back on lol.
