Buying A SSD Need Guidance

Hi,

I have a 1TB Seagate hard drive at the moment but I am going to buy a 256GB SSD.

I have been told just install Windows 7 and any programs/games you install onto the SSD, and use the 1TB for music/pictures/downloads etc.

What I want to know is should I install every program onto the SSD or is there some programs/games I should be installing to the 1TB?

256 GB is fairly generous, so it would have to be a pretty huge game to warrant installing to the 1TB drive. Just keep an eye on the free space on the SSD and play it by ear. Try and gauge how big each game is (apps are generally not that huge).

So if for some reason I am running out of space on the SSD its more a preference on which games to re-install onto the 1TB drive for a speed decrease.
