Buying first car

Hey guys

I've just put down a deposit for my first car,

It's a 10 plate Astra with 12,469 miles

Motorpoint are transferring it from Newport to Glasgow free of charge so that I can have a look

Was wondering if anyone knows if it's worth getting the AA/RAC to check the car before I purchase it?

This could go either way, he might have got a massive bargain on a 10plate car.

Yup, that's a 1.4litre astra - oh dear :(

why are there no photos of the front of the cabin

i.e drivers seat and dash?

Always liked the styling of these, but perhaps in red or black :o

It'll be horrificly slow with a 1.4 :(
 
The deposit is REFUNDABLE if I don't like it when I view it and the deposit was £300 guys

Had to go for 1.4 due to insurance and age unfortunately :(

How old are you?

If it has to be the Astra, you could have gotten an 06 reg 1.6/1.8 and spent the rest on insurance?!
 
No no my mum needs a new car so it'll be shared to be honest and also of course she'll be policy holder and I will be a named driver
