Buying Google +1's... worth it?

Looking at some "cheap" ways to get some +1's on one of my sites. Has anyone used a paid for +1 service?

I understand that +1s have relevance for personal searches and pages +1 by your Google+ connections but is the wider world of SEO effected by it?

What are your thoughts on the matter? It actually worth it?

I understand the risks but also trying to weigh up the ranking benefits for +1's. Already have a number of social media shares / likes etc... but thinking about promoting the +1s more for a little bump upwards.

It's spam, and when (not if) Google spot the accounts doing it, you will probably get penalised. This may only be to the extent of having any positive effect from the +1s reversed, or could be worse.

It's not worth it.
