Buying Kumquat in the UK

Loved this drink in Vietnam I read that it can grow in England only problem I cant seem to find the seeds or somewhere to buy it any ideas?

lots of places waitrose, that must take a lot of them to get drink out of it

ebay is also generally great for hard to find seeds
