hey im gonna order a pc but i was wondering if ive got a windows 10 activation key and i dont spend 100 pound on windows here will non activated windows be installed on my pc so i can activate it i dont have the driver or disk for windows only key

Is it a prebuilt system from a retailer or are you selecting the parts and building it?

prebuilt from overclockers i just edited the components i have ryzen 5 1050ti 8gb ram and 1tb hhd in it for £680

So im guessing you left Windows off the list? If so you can download Windows Creation tool from Microsoft website and activate it with your key in the settings once its installed

but if i leave windows of the list dont that mean that there wont be anything instaleld on pc and you need an operating system to go on the windows website

Very true bud, is there no way you can access the site from another PC or Laptop.. If so do it, if not then i think youll need to purchase the full thing

i have my 2013 imac but how would i download it off one computer to the new one

my pc im using now is an old imac i cant take parts out of and it also has apple software on it not windows

You could try installing Parallels/VMware Fusion trials on your iMac, they will automatically download and install Windows 10 and when that's done, you can create a USB boot drive containing Windows 10.

Or is there nobody you know who has a Windows PC/laptop that you could use to create the USB stick on?

you think i can just call in and ask for them to install unactivated windows for a small fee cause i really dont want the windows 10 key to go to waste and i aint payin 100 pound for windows xDDD

I've never used a Mac but is it not possible to still create a USB bootable drive containing the Windows 10 setup files, like you would on a Windows PC?
