Buzzing from speakers

My audio goes via HDMI to an AVR

The AVR has my PC, PS5 and laptop connected to it. I've added ferrite cores to the HDMI and power cables coming out of the PC but still get it.
Disconnect everything from the AVR except the PC turn the vol down to zero on the AVR and 100% on the PC then turn the vol up to your desired listning level on the AVR; is it still as bad?

The reason I suggest doing this is because if the PC output is low then you need to have the amp cranked up to a higher level and that will amplify the interference more than having the PC output set high and the amp on a lower setting.

Ferrites are hit and miss, as we have said get an optical cable, I suggested an optical HDMI others have suggested an optical S/PDIF.

The next thing would be to start swapping components e.g. the PSU or buy a new AVR but then it starts getting expensive.
