When ever I load up something that uses my graphics card (games etc) I'll get a buzzing sound in my headset that people will be able to hear even when I'm speaking on mic.

If I mute all of the sound in windows I can still hear the buzzing.

I've tried a different headset and the buzzing is still there.

I'm not sure what else I can do now to sort this out? Could it be interference of some sort coming from inside the PC?

Their isn't any buzzing if I connect the headset to the front case ports, but these ports are damaged and only work if the headset adapter is pressed on at a certain angle.

Well it seems the interference is coming from the graphics card. If I unscrew the 2 screws that hold the graphics card in place and slightly touch the graphics card, the buzzing gets quieter. It doesn't totally stop but it does get quieter.

EDIT - Ok so I've removed BOTH screws but now the graphics card isn't securely in place. The buzzing is still their but it's very quiet. Should I be using a certain type of screw for keeping the graphics card in place?

I dont think its coil whine as its coming through my speakers and the noise stops lots if i take the screws out that hold ths gfx card in place.

maybe your graphics card is being physically stressed when it's screwed down tight, which may be causing a problem with the fans and loosening them off is reducing that stress.
