Buzzing Noise When Under Load?

As per sig, and said above. Corsair HX620... my system shouldn't be anywhere near stressing it 
. Although my mum decided to inform me that as i was footering about with the parts that there was a power cut during the day, although my system wasn't running, seems a bit of a coincidence that i should start getting these weird power noises?
On a side note, since i hadn't done a proper x amount of hours memtest run i ran one last night, it threw up 6 errors in the space of 8hours (12 passes). Ram was at what OCZ advised me to set it at (5-4-4-15 2T), so i then relaxed the timings to 5-5-5-18 2T and went back to sleep! Which ran for 6 and a half hours (9 passes) without any errors at all.
So perhaps the crash was related to the RAM but the graphics signal shouldn't have cut out like that?
