You need to do it in the exact same room as the video shows.
Then crouch jump into the barrier as it's going up. Jump into the left corner of it.
Make sure your not jumping into the roof rather than the barrier, this is an easy mistake to make.

You do know that linking to videos containing swearing is against the rules right? I got a suspension for linking to a yahtzee review, funnily enough nobody else did in the previous threads linking to his reviews..suppose thats besides the point though.
