C&C3 wierd graphics issues

Hello, I would love to give feedback to nvidia but as far as I know this service is only available for Windows Vista but here it goes...

I have a 8800GTX with 162.18 drivers (previously 158.22). Both drivers show a wierd graphic issue when it comes to C&C3 (THE BIG CRYSTALS IN THE MIDDLE):

Has anyone else encounted this issue? If so is there a way to fix it, im not partilcualy bothered about it as its only minor, but there are so many graphical issues I am having with many games I am going to try and fix as many as I can. :)
 
Yes I downloaded the DirectX SDK webinstaller, however that didnt connect to the internet although it passses all the Windwos Genuine advantage tests and so on, so not quite sure abotu that. But i download the full pack of June 2007 and it installed fine...

Edit: Woops i don't think it was the SDK I downloaded... These are the 2 I tired:

My C&C 3 is showing the same with the pulled vista 64bit drivers (162.15_forceware_winvista_64bit_international)...

I may try some of nvidia other vista 64bit drivers later and see if it fixes this....
 
Mine looks exactly like that too. I just assumed that is how its meant to look. What do you interpret as being the issue in that image? All you say is look at the big crystals, but what do you see is wrong with them?
