c# to Vb.Net help

Can anyone tell me how I would convert the following c# into vb.net please?

foreach (List<Name> Names inthis) // Loop through all statement levels, OR them together

Been struggling for hours trying to understand and getting nowhere fast!!

seems like a good tool, but an absolute waste of time as everything I've put in there has returned an error!
