EVGA 680i can handle 2 slot GPUs in SLI and still has 1 PCI slot free.

All the current ASUS boards (P5N32-SLi SE Deluxe, P5NSLi, P5N32-SLi Premium) will allow 1 free PCI slot after 2 dual width cards have been installed. Overclocking is not as good as the 680i boards, however they don't have the 3rd 8x PCie slot, so you can actually fit several PCI cards into them. There are several new 680i boards coming out very soon if you don't need it now. The Abit IN-9 looks like it would be fine, as does the DFI board.

You could always get a pair of the BFG water cooled 8800 GTX cards - these only take up one slot.
