Cable Management Stuff

I remember a while back one of my old cases came with some small clips with adhesive on the back for holding down cables on the back of the motherboard tray where there were no cut outs.

I've had a quick Google but couldn't find out what they where called and where to purchase some. I have a Define R4 so don't have a great amount of space behind the motherboard tray but could do with keeping the cables stuck down where I cannot use a cable tie.

Any other tips and tricks to keeping the cables tidy behind the motherboard tray would be great.

I think you are talking about "cable tie bases"? Google them and you get some good results, I'm afraid to link to any incase it breaks forum rules etc.
