cable management

Hi guys,

I have done a search and cant find anything about this.

Was just wondering if anyone here is big on their cable management, do you guys have any good systems in place to hide unsightly wires away. I bought a wire rack from IKEA which goes underneath my pc but i dont seem to have managed it as well as wires are still everywhere.

I was thinking of putting a board underneath the desk which would hide the wires - out of sight out of mind kind off!

Anyone got any ideas - i am guessing it is just a case of spending a few hours on hands and knees goig through every wire and strapping together with tie of some sort!

Ikea do these: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/50035115 - is that what you've got?
I've a couple of these under the back of my desk that keep the cables/psus/power strips etc. off the floor and out of sight. It's the only bit of my office that's tidy

Shorter cables? I'm serious one big plug block and bespoke length power cables.

yea thats the badger - going to sort it out this weekend get all the cables in there - just worried about mixing power plugs and cables all in one basket so to speak!
