Hey I just bought a new psu and fan: the ocz 700w stealth stream & an asaka apache fan. Problem is I'm not sure where to attach some things to the motherboard: asus m3a78-em. I'm not sure where to connect the hda and ac97 cable of my antec 300 to the motherboard. With the fan the connector is a pwm-4pin, that too I don't know where to attach, please help.

The HD audio goes to the green connector at the bottom left of the motherboard. The AC97 one you just leave out.
The fan connector can either go in the CPU fan connector or any of the 3 pin fan connectors on your mobo, There should be a few of them.

Thank you! Ok now I have run into a new problem it seems, there are a few other wires I'm not sure where to connect. From the antec I have a few small wires: power sw, reset sw, hdd led and a power led cable. Can u tell me where these go please?
Edit: I tried putting them in the bottom black box of pins in the order it says on the motherboard, but it still doesn't turn on.

If you forget about the HDD led and the Reset switch and just concentrate on the Power switch and Led for the moment.
Are you sure they're in the right place? Is everything else wired up correctly?
