Hi there. I'm going to relocate an outside light and install an additional one. I need to know what sort of cable to use. Lights are likely to be a 10w + 30w max so not that powerful. Do I need IP 65 and stick it in some UV resistant conduit?

It depends how the cable is run and whether it needs mechanical protection or not, definitely use black for it's UV protection and don't bother running in flexible conduit as that doesn't offer any real benefits.
If it's just clipped to a wall out of reach use this - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CA1R3.html
This is a bit more robust and reasonably easy to terminate - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/NY1dot5slash3.html
And this is the safest option when installed correctly but I doubt you'd be able to do that - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/SW1dot5slash3.html

Cheers buddy :) No protection against mechanical required. I was just going a bit over the top i think.

It's basically going to come out the side of my detached garage, and be mounted along the back of some fence panels (2.5 panels), split at a junction box and terminated at 2 lights, one either side of the fence where a gate is, to give light either side.

Ah, i didn't really spot the smaller one, much better, cheers.

Good call on the space, there's bugger all room if I recall on the previous one.
