Cadbury's Dairy Milk - Yuk?

Also has a coating on it probably like Easter eggs for longevity (not seen choc turn that white colour in years as out of date), your hands feel slightly sticky after eating it.

Loads of chocolate products seem to have changed lately to the point I was wondering if my sense of taste was altered until I saw other people complaining... several Galaxy products have a bitter aftertaste which they never used to and at least personally find they make my stomach feel a little unsettled which they never used to - probably some cheap synthetic oil or fat substitute.

Also recently they've changed Ribena and it now has a summer fruits like light aftertaste instead of the heavier slightly sour aftertaste it used to have - it is actually not bad but at the same time it isn't Ribena.

Don't even get me started on what they've done to Coco Pops.

Yorkies are amazing…I like letting a piece melt in my mouth so it lasts…it’s hard not to just bite it!

Dairy milk still tastes much the same to me, I must have rubbish taste buds…def can’t detect cocoa content and strawberry aftertaste etc

I've been digging Co-op chocolate bars lately, so much better than Cadbury **** cheap and unethical trash.
Every now and then I like to try bars from small companies too, there's much better quality chocolate out there that aren't created/run/owned by devils such as Mondeléz, you just have to look further than the till and meal deal section.

Cadbury's chocolate is really bad these days as is most chocolate from the big trans-national companies. Having said that, I've been quite taken with Aldi's own brand choc. The Mars bar, Snickers and Twix imitations are far superior to the real thing!

I don't think you can call them trans anymore.

It's LGBTQIA2S+.

Tony's Chocolonely > Whittaker's > Green & Blacks > Galaxy > Dairy Milk

Anyone in NZ tried Trade Aid Chocolate? It's so good - I'd put it just behind Tony's Chocolonely and it's also strving for ethical practices like Tony's.

Surprised anyone buys Cadbury's chocolate sugar treats any more, Aldis chocolate FTW.

Used to scoff a big Aldi bar with the misses which was turning into a bad habit so now have these mini dark choc pieces. Healthier and still hits that choc itch.

But yeh the Aldi bars are pretty great. Won't buy Cadbury anymore they just aren't the same.
