just been out to the local deli and spent over £13 on cakes :D
couldnt make my mind up over the pavalovas or the pecan and butterscotch cheesecake, so i got both.

the pav was the best imo,

so whats your favorite cake / desert

mine has to be without doubt my aunty wendys lemon drizzle cake or her shortbread ( farmers make good cakes )

my grandma used to make the best cakes, now she just gets the £1 cheesecakes from iceland :(. There is nothing worse. If I am going to be ingesting calories then it needs to be for a worthy cause

Cakes are like little slices of death. I got a little banana cake from Pret the other day and it was 390 calories :o

My favourite cake though is this toffee one they used to do in Greggs not sure if they still do it. Yummm

to many good things..

Rhubarb crumble has to be up there.

But it needs to be 50:50 ratio. Non of this two mm of crumble on top. Also needs to be an oat based crumble.

Pineapple upside down cake
White chocolate and strawberry cheesecake

God too many, it's imposable to choose.

Black Forest gateau and just about any variety of cheesecake are my favourites

( farmers make good cakes )

So true, my gran used to live next to a farm and was great friends with the farmers wife, she used to always bring round the best cakes and other stuff like jams/pâté
