Calculating bodybuilding diet

What's the best way of calculating the amount of /fats/protein/carbs etc. for bodybuilding?

I go to the gym since the end of last year but only recently (2 months) I started going there almost every day. I take 1 teaspoon of creatine a day and 2 scoops of protein (one in the morning with creatine and one in the evening immediately after the training)

With diet I dont really stick to a massively strict one - just try to eat a lot of chicken breasts, eggs, fruits and veg and moderate amount of carbs. In the last two months I did notice some changes - I generally became slightly bigger and toned, but I'm thinking I could improve it somehow if I watched what I eat and drink more accurately. Would you agree and what would you recommend (an online tool or something) to put together a diet that suits my needs?
