Calculating Power Requirements

This may be blindingly obvious, though I've been unable to find anything on it, but is there an easy way to calculate how much power you need to run your system? As in, which PSU you should buy? For example, could you say something like;

Q6600 = 90W
Samsung F1 x 2 = 50W x 2
HD4870 = 90W

Min PSU = 280W

Or something like that? I know most CPUs have Power Consumption labelled everywhere, but I haven't seen it on many/any other components.
 
Nice one BigMac! Weird, at 100% power apparently my system would only use 411W! I guess my 650W will last me a few upgrades!

Those PSU calcs, generally give recommended PSU size, rather than an actual estimate of the power used, My own system only draws 250W from the mains, but the PSU calcs still recommends a 384W supply.
