Although people at work get offended if we call it a call centre (Its actually an Emergency Operations Centre lol) We just have earlies, lates and nights.. simple and presice!

For me, it was simple reading skills, the maths is fine as I explained it. My only mitigating factor is that putting the time worked until before the time worked from is not as easy to understand when skim reading - not much of an excuse though, I was simply wrong in my reading of the post.

Although 15 hours seems like a tremendously long time to be working in a call centre so perhaps 3am is the intended end of shift.

If it's a call centre, the most appropriate name would be something along the lines of "Gief Minimum Wage Pl0x".
