Call of duty Black ops 6

Is anyone else getting frame rate drops in Skyline? Specifically the middle part with the pool? Seems since the last update the fps tanks in that part.
 
Not noticed any fps loss.

Just an update on my previous post. Not crashed still so somethings fixed it.

Let's hope it continues.

Whilst I admit I am having a lot of fun playing mplayer and especially the zombies mode the mtx side of the game terrifies me. I know it’s all cosmetic, but the costs of the battle pass and bundles is terrifying and for the most part it’s hidden behind CoD credits or whatever they’re called, you could easily spend a small fortune without realising it.

You do see some crazy amount of money spent on it in Reddit threads. Some person was banned recently so was raging that's $700 dollars of skins and battlepasses gone for good.
 
Contemplating getting this on Steam, don't have Game Pass so cannot try. I enjoyed the MP in the last 2 iterations of COD (MW2 and 3), is this similar and as good, or worse and a pass?
I know it has Zombies, but my fix is usually MP.

Tbh unpopular opinion but I think it's the best COD in a long time (except for the fact theres no ground war mode).

But if you're going to get it I understand performance is better on battlenet than steam, in addition to which I think (might be wrong) that with steam you are using a launcher to launch a launcher.

Also if you have coins left over from the previous CODs you own, you need to buy it on the same platform to use those coins as they are account bound.

Thanks for your opinion. How would you rate the MP in comparison to the last two CODs?

I would prefer Steam on this one as have the others on Steam. Yes it is a launcher within a launcher which seems unnecessary and stupid.

I really like the multiplayer (I don't play zombies). Movement is really fast and the new slide/prone system is good. Gunplay is good too, I seem to get more kills in BO6 than previous versions. The maps are all quite small, which I like and a lot of people seem to hate, but it makes the game feel much more frantic rather than having campers and snipers every game. Also all the maps are good, so for once in this reiteration I'm happy to play map rotations. My only gripe is the new battlepass layout this year
 
Pace seems to hectic to me. THough I have plaed a lot of S&D over the years, I may just restric myself to that gamemode.
 
I'm still hammering zombies daily, if anyone wants to add me. Today I'm trying the reach round 100 on liberty falls. My best to date is only 47 though :cry:

Same. Everything been running perfectly for weeks, but in the last week I'm crashing all the time with DirectX errors. Probably caused by a game update or something
 
I spent far too much time on this over Xmas, made Prestige Master and got diamond on SMG, Assault, Shotguns and 3/4 pistols and LMGs. Loving 24/7 Stakeout, great for Camo grind. Can't help but feel utterly dirty for spending so much time on it but there's nothing quite so great but at the same time empty about levelling up.

Hasnt fixed it fully for me still getting crashes bloody updates man, apparently the 24H2 windows update is causing a lot of crashes problems in other games to.

This is why I much preferred playing on console you dont have to keep fixing stupid issues all the time.
