Call of duty Black ops 6

Started playing a couple of days ago as not played since January - it's one of those games I forget I've got, simply because it's on the Blizzard launcher. Not had any crashes or performance issues. Don't get all these skin events of "celebrities" I've never heard of though, who buys that rubbish?

Wish they'd allow you to toggle it off, like with gore and profanity.
 
Crashing has been a lot better for me recently but not perfect. It seems to be pressing the tilde key on warzone at the end of the matches that triggers it. The random ones much much less. Had that same error @GoogalyMoogaly.
 
Seems we are getting another Black ops game this year with BO7 :rolleyes: im not the biggest fan of the Black ops games so was actually looking forward to Modern Warfare 4 instead :(

I will no doubt buy it and play it but was genuinely looking forward to a new Modern Warfare game, the only reason I can see why we are getting BO7 is because MW 2 and 3 were released back to back in 22/23 so after this BO7 should hopefully go back to one each year .
 
What's the difference?

I started playing warzone during lockdown then multiplayer mw2, then mw3 now bo6. I generally only play multiplayer these days. They largely seem the same to me so how does black ops differ from modern warfare?
 
Originally they were made by different studios - Infinity Ward for MW and Treyarch for BO.

Same game every year, only the battlepass changes
